By accessing and using AI Trade Ideas ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Trade Ideas provides AI-powered chart analysis and trading insights. The Service analyzes trading charts and provides analysis including entry points, stop losses, targets, and risk-reward ratios.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 chart analyses per week.
• Plus ($19.99/mo): Unlimited analyses with all currently shipped features (uploads, TradingView links, OCR assistance).
• Premium ($29.99/mo): Everything in Plus plus access to the interactive TradingView embed and side-by-side Grok chat.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.

5. Usage Limitations

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its outputs

6. Trading Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The analysis and insights provided by AI Trade Ideas are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You should:

• Conduct your own research before making any trading decisions
• Consult with a qualified financial advisor
• Never invest more than you can afford to lose
• Understand that past performance does not guarantee future results

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by AI Trade Ideas and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Trade Ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any trading losses incurred based on analysis provided by the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the Service

9. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Trade Ideas and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
